High Museum Launches 'Perspectives'. Features Atlanta-Based Children's Designer Laurel Thompson

Atlanta’s High Museum of Art recently launched Perspectives, a new video series that highlight’s creative Atlantan’s by exploring how art informs their life and work. The series watch them work in their own spaces, learn about their process, and discuss how they find inspiration from artworks and museums.

For their very first installment in the Perspectives series, the High Museum speaks with Laurel Thompson, founder and creator of Beya Made — a sustainable children’s clothing company.

Laurel Thompson saw a need for sustainable children's clothing. Mixing versatility with her love of art, this Atlanta native draws inspiration from the High Museums permanent collection for her design.
